Toal Engineering, Inc. is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm engaged in providing services for construction of site improvements for land development projects, from initial concept through completion of construction.

Since its founding in 1971, Toal Engineering has provided such services for a wide array of clients throughout Southern California, from individual single family residences to multi-lot residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Our firm, though small, has achieved name recognition with many public agencies dealing with land development in Orange County and elsewhere, as well as with land developers, contractors and architectural firms.
